I found the easiest way to get rid of their calls is to simply change your phone number and make it unlisted. If you do that never give out your new number to anyone outside of your friends and associates. I also got a Google Voice account to use for everything else, you can view it here:(https://www.google.com/voice). Google voice also lets you easily block phone numbers and lets you make outgoing calls from your cell phone with the Google Voice number displayed as the caller id... Works for me.
I just got a call from this number and they were very rude. they clam I owe some out standing debt. I thought that is funny it is not on my creit report I jsut printed up this morning. then to top it all off I have never done bussness with B of A. it is a scam. they called 10 minutes later for my roomate. funny he never has done bussness with Citi Bank. I blocked their number. beaware this call is scam working on people in this down turn in the market. they also use a robot voice called Tom West as well as Number 954-379-4220,570-504-7973 and funny enough 555-555-5555. the numbers are gost numbers I called the phone company and they told me that.
they are calling very early and at all times. When they leave a message they are asking for someone that doesn't live here. The answering machine goes off on the 570 number and then an 800 number calls back almost immediately. This is very irritating and I have tried sending the certified letter for another matter and it did not help at all.
