Have called a few times. We don't answer any number we don't recognize and this is one of them. I'm in PA so I suspect this is (as mentioned in other posts) an electric company to get you to change your service which is allowed in PA.The number displayed in Caller Company was displayed on my Called ID.
This is someone who said he could lower my electric bill. and they were part of my eletric company.I couldn't find my bill so he said he would call back and he didn't so i called and no ringing just a still line He told me the name of the company but don't remeber

They are 'concerned' that Penelec isnt charging me the rate i am "entitled to".....so they ask for you to get your electric bill to see what the rate is.....they almost make it sound like it is some sort of program designed to look out for consumers, when in fact it is just another power company trying to get you to switch who your provider is.
