I had been receiving multiple calls from this number,  when I did finally answer I spoke with a representative who told me that I was "entitled" to recieve some sort of reduction on me. I was a bit leery at first but I decided to along with since they told me I could save up to %20 on the bill. They had me grab my bill and went over what rate I pay my electricity, they were actually able to lower my rate by almost 50%. After I completed the call with them I was a bit skeptical, I though may be I had been scammed and had information taken from me, but in a few days I recieved a pack in the mail that had all the details program and the next month when I recieved my bill it was almost 60$ less and nothing else had changed, i dont really understand exactly how they were able to do this, they said that it was through a state program. Over all I'm glad I actually took the call, I almost didn't believe that this was legitimate, but I pay far less on the bill now and got my son signed up into the program as well, we haven't had any issues since.

What a crock. This is a well-known scam. Cold calls about allegedly lowering utility bills are a form of slamming, will deprive you of your hard-earned money, put your utility service at risk, and are also a vector for identity theft. These scammers can make a lot of money this way, so they are desperate to use any means possible to trick their victims, including paid shills to lie on a sites like this that hurt their scam by telling the truth.

Now, let see if "happy customer" is monitoring this site and comes back to insist it's all real LOL!
