"Emily" called us by last name, asked if we had gotten an electric rate reduction on our bill, said we didn`t know, could we call back? She would not give a call back number. We hung up. Suspect it was a scam.
They have called numerous times and talked about how I can lower my Penelec bill. I said you can't get much lower than i already am, I don't have Penelec as an energy provider. I told them, they told me the last12 times they called before, that I would be taken off the list to call! They never took me off aparently!
