Caller left message and said this is Mrs. Howard. Didn't identify from where, just that she was calling to discuss the supply rates on my electric bill. I believe these people don't actually work for a power company. Just commission-paid sales people. Had one harass me at my business.
I got a call from the same number, Mrs. Howard. She said she was calling to discuss the supply rates on my electric bill. She told me to have my last electric bill handy and use the same reference # above-W2714. The number she asked me to call back was 724-870-4750. I tried calling customer service at West Penn and they are only taking emergency calls today since it's a holiday.
It appears it's a scam ,everyone says they are calling and it's not their co. Etc... I didn't pick up ,said from new Jersey ,said it was about rate son my bill ....to call a number back ,I didn't 5708283123 was number showing and from Layton,nj
