I applied for a loan and I was approved. While I still had this loan out this 909-999-5184 number called and told me I was approved for $1000 into my banking account. I felt suspicious so I googled and it came up that it was a scammer number. I called back and pretended to be oblivious and asked if there was any type of fees to get the money into my account and they said yes that I had to send $198 via money gram. I knew then it wasn't right so I told them I wasn't interested and he insisted that I go ahead with it. THEY ARE SCAMMERS, BE CAREFUL!!
This company is a scam! They hung up in my face when I inquired about when I applied for a loan. When I called back, they cursed me out and hung up on me. Now they continuously call and harass me
I received a call from a company named Advance America in stating that I was approved for a loan up to $5000 I told him that I wanted and on for $3000 they stated there was no upfront fees no money I have to pay or anything like that so I would get the $3000 for 18 months for $180 but then it came a catch they came back on a line stating that my credit score was pretty low in order for them to validate my loan that I had to show for that I had $280 so they asked me that I needed to go to a store and load money on a load it card and give them the PIN number off the car and my money should be tranfered it to my account within 30 minutes to an hour I did so once an hour came around they called back and stated that I was a problem with my account that they could not transfer the money to my account there was a blockage there with the money to not go through so in order to transfer your money again they needed a hundred and fifty eight dollars from me and do it for transfer fees so they asked me to go back to the store to buy another card and a hundred fifty eight dollars to my card so being thinking wisely which I wasn't doing from the beginning I went online and check this company out find out that his company is out of Indiana and they're like a religious group trying to say people or talk to people enjoy membership stuff that that is not a company so I call my bank change my bank account number and file charges on his company so they still calling asking me when I'm going to send them 158 dollars they must thought I was not going to check to see if they took the hundred and eighty dollars off my load it card right quick in a hurry cuz I stated to me that the money was going to stay on the car and I was going to get this money back so I'm going to get this money back why did you take this money off the card so I have my receipt police report so please beware of this number that's calling you stated that they giving out large amount of money for loans so beware of the scam it's a shame that people work so hard to make money and there is sorry people out there that's trying to take from hard working people just trying to make it in life
Both 570-851-0956 and 909-999-5184 are scammers pretending to work for Advance America... they don't write loans in NC due to a lawsuit that they paid a LARGE settelement on...if anyone asks you to send them money first to get $$$ it is a scam or if they say they will pay you more than what was agreed on or to have you forward $$$ on to someone else---those are all common ways to scam you out of your $$$
Funny, I just got a call from that same number saying my name and social security number was sent to their office and I will be served at my job or residence within the next 2 hours for a court date. Unless of course I call a different number and make payment to who know what. Come on down to my job. It's a police department. We'll be waiting.
