I too got a call from this number and there was no message left on my machine . When I dialed the number back it was answered as A.D.A. (American Diabetes Assoc.) . After listening to the entire (very short) message I was given the option to opt out of any future calls from the A.D.A.I choose that option . Hope this helps .
NO MESSAGE JUST CONTINUOUS CALLS ON 9/9,9/8 FROM 494-878-9883, ON09/6 FROM240-210-7102 AND AUG 31, FROM 301-223-0109 ON 8/30 AND FROM 703-291-9032 ON AUG 29 ANDFROM 571-261+0106 ON 8/28 AND 9/09. FROM OTHER POSTS THESE CALLS ARE FROM THE AMERICAN DIABETES ASSOC AND THE POSTER SAYS TO CALL ONE OF THESE NUMBERS AND OPT OUT. UNFORTUNATELY FOR ME I DO NOT HAVE A LONG DISTANCE SERVICE PROVIDER. I WILL NEVER EVER CONTRIBUTE TO THE DIABETES ASSOC AND WILL ADVISE MY DIABETIC FRIENDS WHY.
Jerks called during dinnertimme and let it ring 3 times and hung up so there is only a dial tone when I finnaly get to the phone. Also called the day before from 410-202-0108 which showed up on the ID as "Salisbury MD"
I donated to a friend's ADA charity bike ride for 3 years but I specifically told them NOT to contact me by phone or mail.
I ALREADY DONATED, THIS YEAR AND THE LAST TWO YEARS SO STOP CALLING OR I WILL NOT DONATE AGAIN.
