I agree, we should be able to do to them what they do to us. I don't know who's calling, but it's very annoying. I am also on the DNC list. How do these people get our cell phone numbers. Is it listed?
They called so much I put them in my contact list so when the number called it would show - "do not pick up the phone" as their caller ID. I hate invasive calls. They called 2 times tonight so far.
I live in Montana and have been getting calls around 9:30 at night from this number. I saved it as a contact in my "Unwanted Calls" group and set the ringtone to 'No Ring'. They never leave a message.
I have been getting 2-3 calls a day from 571-308-7951 on my mobile phone. I have an out of state area code but reside in MT. It must be connected to sold voter registration lists? I have never answered and don't intend to. I also belong to the do not call list
