Who ever is using this number to call people need to stop. They called my phone last week and I didn't pick up. They never leave a message or anything. This is beyond annoying!!!!

This was a female speaking with a negro dialect asking political questions for a company that she would not Identify saying it was for Voter Attitude, Asked if she worked for a polling company or Acorn or one of its many front company organizations. She would not identify her company afilliation. Ph. # was 571-308-7951 who owns this number.
so I looked into the Free Enterpirse Institute, Inc. that is running this obnoxious phone harassment. And they have a number too. (703) 866-0844 I don't know if anyone wants to call it and find out where it goes as I don't have free long distance. I imagine the number goes to a recording. These nimrods have been calling me twice a day for a week-and-a-half now. I don't answer either. Looks too me that they are posing as a false entity and trying to obtain Identity information from people from everything I've read on this site and other sites.
