I also have gotten calls from this number 571-308-7951 on my tracphone they must have paid for a list of numbers from tracphone as these are pay as you use phones from walmart and target.
Just called me. After 3 times saying hello a heavily Indian language lady asked for me. I said it was me. She bableled something about education and that I requested how to further my education. I told her I have my BS and did not request anything about my education and she hung up
CALLER ID ONLY SAYS "VIRGINIA"-NO NUMBER. THEY CALL 3 TO 4 TIMES A DAY. I HAVE NEVER ANSWERED AND THEY DO NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE. I AM ALSO ON THE DNC LIST.
