Now... let us think about this for a moment--- Who are we to believe...BigA's post on the next page...or you who just happened to show up?? That's not really a difficult decision...is it???
} This site lists them as consumer rights attorneys
Many times on those directory sites I've seen what should be termed "creditor's rights" law firms miscategorized the same way. It could well be lazy stupidity on the part of webmasters. But then I don't see those listed firms rushing to make corrections, and maybe they don't mind the inherent trap set by the misnomer, luring people with credit problems and ripe for plunder. Once in a while you see a firm overtly promoting from both sides of the fence. I wonder how they do so with a straight face.
Then you have this Roosen gang, which has been running back here repeatedly for three years to make bullying and intimidating remarks in between the predictable odes to "totally legitimate friendly not-a-scam" power suits. The thread is pretty light on complaints and none are severe. What are they so touchy about? Is their work so underconfident that it cannot tolerate expressions of healthy caution? I'd be skeptical, too, if some discount foreign BPO slave called demanding my SSN and commitment to some debt. Somehow they're oblivious to the hundreds of news reports and court dockets telling us for eight years how that behavior screams "fraud".
I ran into that problem while trying to find an FDCPA attorney for my neighbor. Lots of lawyers listed but after reading the descriptions they were actually creditor's rights.
Yeah, right! If what you are saying is true then I am Chris Cringle himself, which I am not.
Must be lonely living in the basement because you have no real job.
