Just inquired about the condo on 1401 Q St., NW and things got very harried when he rather anxiously offered to send me the keys via FedEx since he "prayed about the situation" and feels I'd be a good renter. Says he's in Hawaii and won't be able to show me the property. No thanks! [email protected] is a fraud. Don't be fooled.

Oh man! Thank goodness I decided to Google his phone number! Thank you for letting the rest of us know it was a scam! I've been emailing him for a few days and insists I send him an application. I knew that place was too good to be true!
