Actually, they are a legit company - products are reasonably priced for a certain value of laziness & decent quality. Unfortunately, they are so desperate for business that once you buy toner or other office supplies from them, all the sales people try to horn in on that one salesperson's client & they start calling several times a month even though they've been informed of when next you would like to hear back from the company - the original salesperson does honor the time constraint for the next callback.
Called to sell ink toner. Told them right off Im not interested. I decided to give her the model. Told her that I get my ink cheaper. She stated "it must be refills" I told her it was not.
During the entire call she was reading a script and eating. I told her how rude and unprofesional that was to chew while making a sales call. She called me a smart [***] and i told her to go "F' her self and I hung up.
The scam is this. They send you the ink by asking if your address is the same as the one they have. That is their consent to send it. Once they send it you will be billed after 3 months. All the while she is telling you its free to send, free to try. But you will be billed.
If your like me Google the name on the caller id before you even answer one question. The first few results should be enough to let you know how they operate
A woman called and asked if we were interested in buying ink or toner. I told her I wasn't interested and hung up. She promptly called back and called me a f***ing b**ch and hung up. These kinds of people should be shut down.
