I Think It Was Over 15 Years Ago When I Tried Associated Supply - At The Time We Were Printing Hundreds Of Brochures Using An Epson Inkjet Printer..... A "Black" Cartridge And A "Color" Cartridge.... Needless To Say, Having To Replace All Three Colors Got Expensive - I LITERALLY Designed The Brochures In A Color Scheme That Would Result In All The Colors Running Out As Close To Together As I Could......
Associated Supply Cold Called Me And Promised Me Great Savings And Great Cartridges - So I Ordered 3 "Black" And 3 "Color" - FIRST Red Flag, When I Was Transferred To The Checkout Person, They Had Me Down For 6 Black (Not 3) - They Said It Was A Lot Of Trouble To Go Back And Change The Quantity - And I Let It Slide And They Sent The 6 Black And 3 Color Cartridges..... I Paid The Invoice And Later When It Was Time To Use The Great "Cheaper" Cartridges - Only ONE (1) Of Them Actually Would Print - I Chalked It Up To A "Lesson Learned" And Got More Epson Cartridges......
Yeah, It's Not Over - Much To My Surprise, I Got A Call About A Month Later - They Are Ready To Ship That Next Month's Supply ! - REALLY ? ? - WHAT Next Months ? ?
Well, According To Them - I Was On A Monthly Shipping Of 6 Black And 3 Color - (They Still Didn't Correct The 6 Black Thing) - I Told Them I Didn't Agree To Any Future Shipments (Was Never Even Mentioned) And That The Cartridges Sent Didn't Work.... She Wanted Me To Return Them For A Replacement But I Had Already Trowed Them Away....... I Told Her I Didn't See The Point In Getting Replacements That Most Likely Wouldn't Be Any Better.... And Thought That Was That....
Well They Called Me RELENTLESSLY For Months But Finally Stopped - Looks Like I May Be Back On Their Radar - BUT If This IS Associated Supply - The Answer Is Still NO ! ! ! NO NO NO ! ! !

From 602-278-9620. Came up as R. Cohee. I spoke with someone calling themselves Michalynn Ensrud. As I get a LOT of calls to speak to my boss from sales people like this, part of what I get paid for is to screen them out. I've been doing this for 13 years and today is the first time I'd ever been told "SIGH, nevermind, I'm not going to play 20 questions." And got hung up on after asking if my boss is expecting a call from them.
