Who called from 6024929287

Called, rang a few times, then stopped.  Didn't get to voicemail.  Call back and get a busy signal.

Man with a heavy Indian accent said he was from Visi technical support. Reported his name was Frank Morgan. He was unable to give his company number and extension.  He got so frustrated with my questions he hung up

I have received numerous calls from this number fishing for my last name; they have my first name.  I'm not sure what they are after, but it is typically a caller with a foreign accent and call center noises in the background.  Isn't there a regulatory agency we can report this to so they are forced to stop calling?

I have started answering the phone "Agent Terek, FBI"... they stutter for a few seconds and say "sorry" then hang up.

I believe they are trying to build a list of "phone numbers that answer".  If you answer, you go on the list.   Calls, hangs up, no message left.
