We keep getting calls every day from 602-542-1126, caller ID says 'AZ State Gov'. If you answer the phone, there is someone trying to execute a 'survey' and collect your personal and health information. They are argumentative if you refuse and you'll need to hang up on them. There is just no way I'm giving personal info to strangers over the phone. Very annoying and creepy.
Someone from this number calls every day at all times of the day for a MONTH. I answered the phone the
first time and they tried to ask a lot of personal questions. They said they were with some entity within the AZ State Govt and conducting a survey on medical care in AZ. I tried to politely rebuff them but I repeatedly refused to answer the questions and said I am Not interested in this, I have no idea if this is a scam or legit but I am not going to answer personal questions over the phone regardless.They just kept going on and on so I said " I am not interested in participating!!!" and then I hung up. Apparently they do not give up easily, I have now blocked them and they still call over and over so I am being disturbed by the single ring before the call is blocked. Even if this is legitimately a government survey they most definitely do not have the right to repeatedly call after you have told them NO in no uncertain terms. If you call them back there is a number to press to be directed to a supervisor but how do I know that this isn't some kind of total scam that if I press a button on the phone that I'll be charged a fee or something. Hey 6025421126 "AZ State Govt" NO MEANS NO!!!!!! STOP HARASSING ME!!!!! NEVER EVER will I participate in your totally inappropriate phone survey.
Just got a call from this number also. Wanted to confirm names of all members of my household. I don't think so. They called me..shouldn't they already know who they're calling?
I get phone calls from this number daily. I have asked to be taken off their calling list,but the woman shouted at me, that " the State is depending on this information to provide better health care for the people of Arizona" It comes on caller ID as AZ State Govt. In my opinion there should be a serious law that prevents anyone from "portraying themselves as state government when they clearly are not. Someone please look into this. We should report them for investigation. ABC 15 news had on 10:00 news that this is a scam collecting personal information. Folks BEWARE.
