We keep getting calls every day from 602-542-1126, caller ID says 'AZ State Gov'. If you answer the phone, there is someone trying to execute a 'survey' and collect your personal and health information. They are argumentative if you refuse and you'll need to hang up on them. There is just no way I'm giving personal info to strangers over the phone. Very annoying and creepy.
This number called at 7 PM tonight (Sunday). The caller ID was AZ State Govt. I received a letter last week saying my number was chosen at random and to expect a phone call to answer questions concerning health care and health issues. It looked official from the state but I will not be participating. In this day and age of spoofed numbers and 9 out of 10 calls are from scammers, I refuse to give any personal information to anyone who calls me and I have no clue who they are. I probably would still be hesitant but perhaps they could put the survey on the official az.gov website or have you request a day and time to be called on the az.gov website so you know they are legit.
