just got a call from an Indian man saying I could lower my credit card % rate.  When he asked for my expiration date and full number and I asked him how I knew he was really from a company wanting to lower my rates.  I told him I would call him back and he said I COULDN'T, THAT I MIGHT GET SOMEONE ELSE.  Then I asked him another question and he got quiet and I hung up....grrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Called my cell phone today at 9:36 am EST and left no msg.

THEY LEFT A MESSAGE SAYING, "This is regarding your credit card. It is important you call us back at this number."  I HUNG UP..

I got a call from this number and when I reach on, the call was hanged up! a sent a text. But, no answer has been provided back to me...weird
