Scam!? Offering a lower rate credit card, but they instantly hang up when you won't give out your credit card info.

The did leave a message something about taking advantage the first part of the message was cut off.

WARNING--BEWARE!! These callers are   B I G   credit card criminals, known as the card service scammers! Under NO circumstances, give these lowlifes your credit card number, or you will regret it forever!
