The DNC works fine. But it is only a guide to law-abiding telemarketers. It will not stop criminals or scofflaws. A call blocker would be your best bet.
A robot who calls himself Scott called to offer my business some sort of a monetary gift or a loan. Couldn't really tell you because he's a robot and can't answer questions.
Caller id showed "BizFinancingGrp", and this is just another number for the same old scammers (I've already got 22 other numbers that they've used to try to get me to answer, but I will never answer these calls).
