The DNC works fine. But it is only a guide to law-abiding telemarketers. It will not stop criminals or scofflaws. A call blocker would be your best bet.
Business loan Scam. They call from dozens of different numbers and the caller ID names from this number also change, I have seen Cortland,NY BizFinancingGrp, out of area, unknown and private. On at least they spoofed a local to me phone number trying to trick me. I am pretty sure it's a scam phishing expedition to get enough information to pull a Scam.
