The DNC works fine. But it is only a guide to law-abiding telemarketers. It will not stop criminals or scofflaws. A call blocker would be your best bet.
I have to consistently stop working because i receive upwards of 15-20 robocalls a day, but because I have placed our business on the do not call registry, they do not ever talk, they just call and take up my free phone lines. SCAM/SPAM!!! SCAM/SPAM!!! SCAM/SPAM!!! SCAM/SPAM!!! SCAM/SPAM!!! SCAM/SPAM!!! SCAM/SPAM!!! SCAM/SPAM!!! SCAM/SPAM!!! SCAM/SPAM!!! SCAM/SPAM!!! SCAM/SPAM!!! SCAM/SPAM!!! SCAM/SPAM!!! SCAM/SPAM!!! SCAM/SPAM!!! SCAM/SPAM!!! DO NOT ANSWER, AND IF YOU DO DO NOT HANG UP, THEY WILL ON THEIR OWN. CALL BACK AND TAKE YOURSELF OFF OF THEIR OWN CALL REGISTRY
This is a SCAM / SPAM call. Our company gets 10-15 calls from numbers like this again, and just like Brianna, we have also added ourselves to the Do Not Call Registry. I guess they just have that as a joke, because we still get so many telemarketing phone calls it's ridiculous.
