Nick from this number just called and threatened me saying something is "against my social security number," which is ridiculous, no court complaint is filed against your SSN.
I've been receiving calls from the same people..check systems but I've heard from different people also. Nicholas Ruso and Sarah Waters were both mentioned also a guy named Patrick. They are also calling from different numbers too. I'm also getting calls from another company MS solutions I believe it's called. I have been given about 5 different amounts I owe the range from 1200.00 to 430.00. Yesterday after searching on the Internet and seeing the numerous posts about it being a scam I decided to start playing with them. Both companies said I owed money to a Internet payday loan company called Bahama maketing something (I can't remember right now). When I started to question and ask for the original documents I was emailed something from check solutions saying I owed this money it wasn't what I asked for. They have refused to give me the proof. I was threatened and was told I was officially served...lol. So I kept calling back one girl told me I owed 430.00 plus 200.00 for a finders fee yet they never asked my address. When I called back again to MS solutions a different girl answered and when I asked for their address they told me there was nothing there in my name and hung up on me. I called again and a guy answered and when I said I was trying to get these loan documents and I have been called a ton of times by them he told me they don't call anyone that this is for in coming calls only yet I called them back from my incoming call lost on my phone he denied them calling and hung up in me. I called check systems back and talked to Patrick I asked him why the amounts keep changing on this so called loan and he said for interest when I asked for their address because I was reporting them he gave me one and after I map quested it I see it's a post office box and he also told me I didn't have to pay the money. This is a huge scam please be careful. Read the rules about debt collectors..they can't threaten you, they can't serve you or arrest you and they have to give you proof of the debt and not just something they write up. This has been a nightmare!!!
I received 2 phone calls from 602-299-0809 and 585 phone number. The 585 phone number I received a phone call from a woman I think her name was Sarah she asked for my Human Resources dept. I hung the phone up in her face. Then I received a call from Nick 602-299-0809 he left a message saying i need to contact him immediately because he was going to try and find out what were the procedures on getting in contact with my Human Resources Dept. And I need to contact him by close of business day by 4:00. When they first called me I had made arrangements to pay them. When I asked him for what payday loan company. He said he did not have the name but it was for a certain amount and he could give me a settlement offer. I went along with it and when they tried to pull the funds out they were unable too. Because I googled there name Check Systems and came up with nothing. I am not going to pay them anything. They are a big time SCAM. They keep calling my cell # and my work phone number.
I got the call too...from Nick Russo. The same thing--from the Bahama Marketing Group about a pay day loan. I had no idea what they were talking about but they were telling me that I owed over $1000 and they were going to sue me if I didn't pay and they could settle for somewhere around $800 if I didn't call them back with my bank information today.
