I keep getting these same messages on my cell phone. It shows up as Unknown number but then they leave an 866 number to call back. First it was Joseph Maxwell and then this morning at 6:30 (I'm in California...guess they're on east coast time) from Nick Russo. They leave a claim number but don't give me any other info. The funny thing is Joseph Maxwell called me from his company UCG and this morning Nick Russo said UPG! Ha! I had to listen to them both a couple times just to make sure. I was also contacted by a female, Mariah White, but she didn't say any firm name but gave the same speal regarding filing a claim against me....blah blah blah! At first I was worried but realizing it's a scam, I haven't made any attempts to call back! I'm just so over it!!
The prerecorded message today says "Our records show that you have not updated your free Google listing". Be aware that they are not affiliated with Google, other than they are soliciting your business to emply them to do SEO (search engine optimization), which would include tweaking your Google listing for you (which you can do yourself for free)
