I received a call from this number and feel left out. There was no voicemail message. I actually received the call on May 7th, 2015 at approximately 1:00 p.m.
I am in Canada and keep getting same call from different number, the latest being 607-739-9799. The funny thing about these scammers, who always when I call them out on the fact they are NOT a rep from my telephone company and I know that they will screw up my computer or steal my personal info off my computer, if I was ever to let them remote in, is that all previous calls have been from out of service numbers, this time it was from a pay phone at gerunds pharmacy in Horse neck New York. Go figure.....lol.....just a heads up for everyone to just hang up on these losers, as it is a scam and they are from China or the Philippines, with Internet calling, programming a caller ID that is bogus.
The same number recently called my phone also. Same person but different number. I asked them to stop calling and hung up but again the same guy keeps calling. This time my wife answers and before she hung up on him he said and i quote "i'm gonna f@ck you" and also said it repeatedly! All calls were made within 5 minutes.
I have more than one number and it's amazing when this number 607 739 9799 calls, all the different lines ring at the same time displaying this number. I told them I knew it was a scam and have not received a call since!
I had this number recently call me asking for my mother, and when i replied shes at work he asked how old i was and if i had a boyrfriend and what his name was, i replied with that info isnt important and hung up on him, he hasnt called back yet.
