Got the same phone call except I knew it was a scam ahead of time I told him I knew and he began to sexually harass me over the phone and even told me to [***] ... I had my few choice words for him and then blocked the number from calling again
No, Betty - YOU will have to remove your name and number out of the data - this is a forum for people who receive unknown/spam/scam calls. We cannot remove your name/number from any list. Judging from the thread comments, the caller is an Indian scammer anyway, so the best you can do is report the calls to the FTC, the FBI and your state's Attorney General. And maybe assign this number a "no ring" tone so it goes right to voicemail.
I've been getting calls from this number all day. It all started when I attempted to apply for a Payday Loan online yesterday. This guy with a heavy accent, named David Miller, left a voicemail about me contacting an Attorney and if I ignore this call, May God Bless! I called this number back and he was very rude. He asked me if I am aware of the criminal charges that are pending against me. I asked him from where and who? He got very nasty and asked if I was getting nasty with him! I asked him to tell me what is pending against me; he placed me on hold and never came back to the phone.
I got a payday loan from a website and now my information is being blasted all over the internet. I hate that I did this, I am getting a bunch of calls daily. He called my mom's job and that was dead wrong. These people should be caught and dealt with.
i received two calls from this so called xavier marshall, tried to tell me that my social security number was being sued sounded like an indian fellow wanted me to send money so i called the united States Marshall,s office the gentleman that i spoke to was real helpful in explaining to me that it was a scam that has been going on for some time now. Oh yeah! i to started receiving the calls after i applied for a online pay day loan.
