Same as everyone else posting. Got a call from the 800 number, message from Mr. Waters. Asked me to call back the 609 number. Googled the number just to see if anything would come up, though I knew it was a scam already. Hope people don't fall for this crap.

"This is Mr. Walters...."

I'd prefer Mr. Rogers.   Thanks, but no thanks.

Mr. Waters called about my WATER BILL and to have my statement ready . .. . . HA! HA! HA!  I'm on well water!

Called at 2:30 PM Eastern time today and left message "This is Mr Waters. I am calling in regards to the supply portion on your electric account. Be sure to give me a call back at (609) 201-0121 and have a copy of your electric statement with you to review this matter.  Uh, you're reference ID is E-0189".

Complete bogus scammer.  The supply portion of our bill is $0, BTW, as we have solar panels.  Heh.

Same as above- Mr. Waters electric supply bill....I live in NYC, it is Coned, coned would call if there was an actual issue!!!
