I called and asked for Mr. Waters. He wasn't there but the man stated he knew what the call was about and could "assist" me. I told him I can only speak to Mr. Waters because Mr. Waters said to call him back and you are not him. He said I would have to call back later. So I hung up and then called immediately back. This process continued for 45 minutes until I was told not to call anymore. It was worth the 45 minutes to hear the frustration in their voices...One of the most comical lunch breaks I have ever taken. Thank you "Mr. Waters." Take away message: Don't call me and I won't call you
