"Lower-your-credit-card-rate" call. Pure scam. I tried to note to the operator that there are better ways of making a living than placing illegal calls, but received only a vulgar, abusive response. It was (almost) amusing.
These people should all be in jail under RICO laws; they constantly change the name, steal phone numbers and call, call, call. I've blocked so many of their numbers that my call block is running out of space. I've even had two calls from MY OWN PHONE NUMBER. The FBI should be hot on their trail. When I have answer to tell them never to call again, a great waste of breath, I've had one guy with different names but the same voice tell me that he can't be touched.
