Call from them came one day after I wasted 9 minutes 57 seconds of a guy calling "To lower interest rates on your credit card, we just need to confirm you have $1000.00 available on one credit card..." Coincidence?
They have been calling almost everyday for weeks. I never answer. Last night (7:20PM on a Sunday night) they called and my wife picked up and asked why they keep calling. They said they are doing a government study and WE HAVE TO ANSWER 2 questions or they will keep calling. My wife, stupidly, answered them. My answers would have both started with "f" but in her infinite wisdom she answered them accurately. One question was how many children do you have in the house between the ages of 16 and 24. Forget the other one.
We have VOIP so they have to be doing random calling.
b r interviewing call everyday. I call back and get a low quality answering service. How do I get them not to call and where did they get my # from. I want to stop calling.

These people called my elderly parents at 3pm on Sunday, Fathers Day. Oh that is appropriate isn't it Ray? Unlike other responders to this, they asked my mother if she was older than 18 to answer some questions.
Ray, if we want to comment on a product then we can write to Consumer Reports. What would be the chances of them asking something about a product that we are passionate about? Probably less than one half percent. You sir, if you are a sir, are a jerk. Like I said, I know who you are and previously you accidently identified yourself as one of these callers.
I love it when jerks like you Ray, try to sound eloquent when you sound exactly like the stupid jerks that are calling. Please don't continue to "out" yourself on these message boards.
This is another one of those stupid jerk companies trying to get around the Do Not Call law by saying they are not soliciting and conducting surveys. These jerks need to be stopped.
I think I've made my point Ray. If we want to talk about a product we'll write to Consumer Reports. We hate being interrupted during dinner, after work or on a Sunday, especially during an important holiday. This does not come accross to the regular consumer as legit. Why don't you tell us what questions exactly, they asked you???
