It's a legitimate info collection company in N.J. that conducts telephone surveys. Their automated system random dials numbers, which is why you may not get an immediate response when you answer your phone--if no operator is available operator, then you'll get 10-15 seconds of silence and then a disconnect.
I went to the website u posted, called the phone number, reached Paul Braun's voice mail. He said on his voice mail- if you need to contact me here is my cell phone number: 609-658-1434. So I called him. He answered and I told him to stop calling me. He said "Go to the website and fill out a form." I said, "No, I'm telling you now to stop calling me." He said, "This is stupid. What you're doing is illegal. I didn't harass you." I said, "I really don't care what you call it- the point is Stop Calling Me." And I hung up.
