Who called from 6094030359

What's up with this # calling everyone around the Seattle area today? I also received a missed call on my cell at 3:29 PM today (March 1st). I thought it was illegal to solicit cell phones?

3:03 this afternoon -- same thing! I am on the WA coast, about 3 hours from Seattle. Didn't answer.

Me too, 3:58pm today to my cell. I didn't answer. I live about 45 minutes east of Bellingham, WA.

I had the same number call my cell around 5pm PST and just now at 740pm PST my husband's cell rang and it was the same number. We live in Lacey, WA

Me too, I'm in Tacoma but have a 206 cell number.
