I got a call from this number and did not answer. I thought it would be one of the "card member services" scam calls I get several times a day. Now I see here and several other forums it's for a political survey. This is BS that they call your cell phone. I added the number to my cell phone's blacklist / auto-reject. I don't know if all providers and/or Android phones have this feature now, but it works great on these types of calls.
