Caller claimed to be card services and wanted to lower my interest rate. I am on a Do Not Call list and when I asked how they got my number no answer. Tried to call the number back and just got a busy signal.
I got the same call. Threatening me about collections if I did not complete the transaction. I called them on it and they stated that they had me on recording. I challenged that and told them to prove it was my voice to begin with on the recording. They still call, I either reject it or answer and put the phone down till they hang up. if they want to waste my time calling, I'll waste there by answering and not talking.
I have been harrassed and threatened by these people for a while. I'm told I owe money when I say 8 want to speak to a supervised they get pissed and deny my request.. They are calling 3-8 times daily
