UnitedHealthcare? Or possibly a company called Enhanced Recovery pretending to be United Healthcare? Been spam calling me now for months maybe because I filed formal medicare complaint ! I refuse to answer any calls like this ! One person also said she called United Healthcare and they said this was not their number . I think debt collector pretending to be UnitedHealtcare. Why because doctors turn over medical bills to Enhanced Recovery when United Healthcare refuses to pay out on claims .
I deleted this call because I don't know anyone at this number. However, they left a voice mail trying to get me to call them back and sign up for United Health Care Insurance. In the past I asked my doctor's office about this insurance and they say they hate it. With this company, doctors wait months to get paid. So, I put their number in my blocked caller list.
Got call from United health care, saying with a important message. They want you to push 1 when you do, they ask for your birthdate. Hell no! You called me...you know if you are insurance co. I tried pushing zero to reach live person. No live person....don't call, don't answer their auto questions. Report to ins co!
This number called, I ignored, then an 800 # called leaving the United Healthcare flu shot reminder.
I love United Healthcare, they take excellent care of me - but I don't like all the phone calls.
I've actually had United Healthcare for years and I love them. They always take really good care of me. For me, that's far more important than a doctor complaining about not getting paid fast enough.

I do not care for all their phone calls for stuff, though!
