I received a message from Martin Riley of Capital Providence today. The person they asked for had my last name but the I've never heard of the first name. They also said there is a civil suit attached to his ss#. Such a scam! The number was 718-450-9204. They have also been calling my mother for months. Mom also just received a call about her computer. What the hell can we do about this harassment?

Just got a call from this # 815-415-1215 about my sister from a Martin Riley too! A recording claiming all the same stuff said here. So these people need to be stopped and put in jail. I hate frauds!!!
I continue to get calls from Martin Riley and "Veronica" from Capital Providence. Veronica asked me where I was when we were talking so they could come and physically serve my court papers. I asked for proof that showed that I actually owed this debt and she said she wasn't obligated to give me any of that information. One person I talked to, said that they were going to connect me to the company that filed the complaint so the three of us could speak at the same time. Instead of connecting with the company, I was transferred to a different Capital Providence employee who wanted me to think she was from the other company. When I asked her name, she was very reluctanct to tell me. Once I found out she was a Cap Prov person, I asked why I was transferred to her and not connected with the company and she danced around that, too. My concern is that she had my full SS number and home address. The numbers they have used so far are 844-255-4934 and 844-248-1983. They even called my ex-mother-in-law!!
