Calling from 985-662-7746 also

Keep getting calls from Martin Riely using a 714 area code then calls my cell phone from an 855 area code with the same message.  I'm being called by my married name which was over 20+yrs ago.  This is a total scam and Mr. Martin Riley has been featured on the "Rip off Report" as a scammer.  Be wise and do not confirm any information even if they do have you ss or address.  Any legit collector will be more than happy to prove you with a written statement for any unpaid debt.

I received a msg from Martin Riley at Capital Providence stating that there was "A CIVIL MATTER WITH MY SS# AND NAME. CASE WILL BE GOING BEFORE THE REVIEW BOARD. IF YOU OR YOUR ATTORNEY WOULD LIKE TO PLACE A STATEMENT ON FILE BEFORE A DECISION IS RENDERED, PLEASE CONTACT OUR LEGAL DEPARTMENT IN REF TO CASE # >>>>>>>. OR YOU MAY PRESS ANY KEY NOW TO BE CONNECTED TO THE PLANTIFF." No phone number was left to call back. I looked up the company and found a basic website with phone numbers and email addresses, but no physical address (http://www.capitalprovidence.com). I, too, receive calls from this number every 1 to 2 days from a Martin Riley from Capital Providence and the message states there is a civil matter against this a guy that is not related to our family nor does (never has) he live at this address.  Our caller ID indicates this is a blocked number so we cannot call it back.  I happened upon this site online.  Suggestions?
