John - Perfectly legit??? Why in the hell are they calling cell phone numbers? How is that legit? On a Sunday no less! Give me a break. These calls have SCAM written all over them.
Its not a scam. If it were its a bad one because they dont ask you any personal information. Its the u of m doing income based research studies on the access to health care due to the new health reform.
