Had the same call from Emily with her headset issues, then heard on the radio that the newest scam is them trying to get you to say "yes" so they can record your voice and use it against you to purchase things. Pretty sure she asked if I could hear her. I fell for it -- wish I'd heard about this scam a few days earlier.
Emily (who was maybe real enough) said D.C.I. Resorts, after being axed a few times. I don't think she's a robot, just a human stuck in a robot role. Poor girl!
They used a local number on us, why we answered - surely this is some kind of phone fraud!
