612-866-5797 called a company direct line.....I answered and the caller said "Hi honey how are you doing" and then just breathed. Never answered my "professional answer when I receive a call."
Caller had an Indian accent and said he was from Microsoft. I put on my best Indian accent and told him I did not have a computer so there could not be a problem. I tied him up for several minutes until he hung up on me. My wife almost committed me to an asylum as she thought I had gone nuts. This same person has called me before.
"DN Whitney" has called me twice in the past 20 minutes (10-6-15). I did not answer but looked up the number here on the computer. Then I called the number but they would not answer. I won't answer unless I know the person calling. This person or company did not leave a message so they will never reach me in the future.
I was called from this number 3 times today. Same or similar story than most of the above. The guy had the mission to fix my computer which was downloading malware. He was persistent and wanted me to get to my computer so he could guide me to do the fix. I began to bombard him with questions such as: how did you get my information? are you spying on me?
Finally, I stated that I do not need any help fixing any problems with my computer and to take my ph number off their calling list. He just hung up.
