To be honest usually when you get a call it'll be an overseas sales call. We are US based and follow a VERY strict code of ethics. As people say "they call and hang up on me" I think not. We are not selling you anything, literally helping you save money. I see no harm in that. Im doing this out of my own free will to try to clarify why you guys receive calls from us. I understand being on the receiving end with an unexpected call can get annoying. I get the calls ALL the time from different places, Indian people trying to hack into my computer, etc.
If you guys wanna continue to be childish and trash the company, that's fine as we are all entitled to our own opinions. Just one KEY factor. Check your PRICE TO COMPARE message on the bill. Its in black and white on your AEP/DPL/OH Edison statement. It is a savings. If you don't want to receive calls, please do phone US and ask your name to be removed from our list. It will take 2-3 days to process but the calls will cease.
Hmmm, hmmm. Ooops. TOS violations on this site. You've admitted to being a US based company & have conceded to the fact that you solicit as a third party for profit in violation of the TCPA while using foreign call centers. You've admitted that you "require" people to call you to be removed from your call list & you've stated that once they do it will take "2-3 days to do so."
I'm just curious here "Guy". How many people do you have in that legal "cubicle" & how busy do you think both of them are going to be on Monday morning? You might want to give them a call.
