They call me, they would be WAY out of where they work by a couple states. Besides, the people I use in my state sound a TON more helpful than your company-never seen them troll a board running damage control. Then again, they're most likely NOT calling people outside their service area

Number 614-335-5280 called and said I get up to 20% discount on my electric bill.  I pay .075618 per KWH on my electric bill for July 2015.  They said they would give me a fixed rate of .072 for one year.  That is no where near a 20% discount.  I said good bye.
