I am going through the same thing this morning. The so called manager cursed me out. I've been calling back and every time I do, he calls me a sissy and hangs up
They claim to be a law firm charging you with felonies in payday loans. When I informed them that payday loans are illegal in NY they hung up on me. I repeatedly called them back to annoy them lol .... They were unprofessional thugs that got called out!!!
They claim to be "Thomas Mancini & Associates" and threatened me with felonies on payday loans. When I informed THEM that payday loans are illegal in New York, they hung up on me. Tho is a scam to scare people into paying them money!!!!
I call the state attorney office and they stated that they are calling from out of the United States that their number do not exist from any of the government entities. In addition I place a complain they will be going under a investigation.
They called me and threatened me to file criminal charges for a payday loan that I never took out. When I asked them with whom they had no said equity funding. I asked who are they, she said they represent hundreds of clients and check cashing companies. I asked for details so I could file a complaint but she refused to give them to me. I called them back a few times and they hung up on me them would not answer. They called from 330-577-1456 and claim to be located in Columbus, Ohio.
