They called me from (937)381-0520. Told me I have 2 felonies. I asked what is the name of the company. After 30 calls they said Mancini and associates. They said they are in Ohio. They have cursed me out calling me a sissy. Something needs to be done about them
Called me today from 937-381-0520 claiming they are recouping a debt from Equity Funding, which represents many payday lenders. When asked for documentation they stated they couldn't email due to conflict of interest, and stated if not paid today I would be charged with two felonies. When I called back and stated I would not be paying I was told they are proceeding with my charges and was hung-up on.
Oh, said they are Mancini & Associates from Columbus
just like the rest of you guys, they called me from 740-200-5504 threating if I didn't pay that I was going to have 2 felony. I want to shut this place DOWN!!!!!! and for all the people who sent them money, help them get back their money. I'm filing a compliant and call BBB on these people
Again with the "report them to the BBB” a toothless organization with no law enforcement powers that exists solely to charge business owners money for good ratings.
