Just received a phone call from this number, could not understand the person who was calling or whom they were asking for. When I called the number back I received a prerecorded message to Press 1 for so & so, Press 2 for HR, Press 3 for Customer Relations, etc., etc. No matter what number I pushed I received the same pre recorded message with three more options. These are people who have found ways to utilize real companies phone numbers for use in scams. This is not the first company I have called and received a completely different company.
They're con artist. She was asian and very hard to understand.
They claim to be a collection agency for credit card companies. I have no debt of any kind and no c/c debt. They are a scam..don't give any personal info..and help by spreading the word.

They call 2-3x a week and saying they are from "Community Bank." We are with credit unions so this is suspicious. They say "we want to help you." Oh really? I don't recall asking for help. Enterprise Rent-a-Car did an illegal transaction on my Visa card two months ago (bypassed all safeguards on an expired card) and no one helped then. So, forgive me for being suspicious!
This is the first time I've gotten a call from this number. If it were a legit company, they would already have the personal information they are asking for..plus she could not tell me what company she was representing so the number went on my block list. If they're legit they can send me something in writing.

One has to wonder why these allegedly “legit” companies need so many phone numbers to call people with.
Seems to be a frequent flyer in these pages with a very bad reputation. Be advised that they are not subject to the FDCPA since they are the creditor. They may however be subject to state laws.

They must be paying big bucks to the BBB for that. Note, the BBB has suddenly removed all the complaints and ratings for this bunch of criminals. Now that must have cost some real money.
