Keep getting calls from this number saying it is Liberty power and that my 14 year old son owes money to their power company, my son never has had a bill on his name he is too young
Liberty Power has called me now for the past 2 years. I've explained 5 separate times that I have moved out of the state. They keep asking me to sign again with them as a service provider...which is dumb because I do not pay utilities at this time. I put them on auto reject and they would call every day. I've had someone call who only spoke Spanish. I've had 2 separate people tell me I've been put on the 'do not call' list....yet they have called twice in the same day. Today (6/22/17) I've called them back asking again to be put on the do not call list. I moved in January of 2015. When can I draw legal action?
