have received several calls from this number. i never answer, but after reading some of the comments here, i tried calling back. i tried 3x and every time got this recording: " your call did not go through. please try again." nothing wrong with my phone or service... will keep trying (and NOT answering their calls!).
This is a solicitor calling my cell phone. What I do with known solicitors is to add each number to my contact list as "SOLICITOR" then set all phone calls from "SOLICITOR" to go straight to voicemail. Works like a charm - my phone no longer rings for them! They never leave a message so they don't fill up the vm. They just give up calling after a while.
