lol received the same IRS tax scam call, left the same message on my voicemail as others, i proceeded to call them back and messed with them. Additional attempts to call back resulted in going to a voicemail which i left my own comical voicemails in a fake indian accent.
i just got the very same call. 213 tax error = 1590.12 due in federal taxes. He even provided me a case id #. He said it was a courtesy call. Not paying this amount will send federal authorities to my door with a warrant for my arrest. I listened to all he had to say. I told him I would follow up with the IRS. He told me this was my only chance to avoid arrest. I told him that I was not paying. He said...."so you would rather get arrested? you want me to send them to your door. I said :Sure and hung up
This callers financial transactions were traced back to funding the enemy. We assume the voice is Indian. Who ever this is wrongfully stealing money is using this money to promote violence with in normal peaceful communities.
Just got the very same phone call the person stated to be from the Department of Treasury and said I owe the IRS $1590.12 if I don't pay they will send out a warrant for my arrest. So I ask him what is your name he said Alen Page he give me a case Id number and told me its from 2013 tax. I said ok if anyone I will talk to is the same person that have been doing my tax for the 10yr. So he put a supervisor on the phone which I know its the same person. He is tying to tell me he can help me step by step to send the money. I had enough of his bull so I said send it out and hung up....
Pre-recorded line called and said that I needed to call for more info. Magistrate court issued warrant for my arrest. And I needed to call back to avoid this. When I called a male with Indian voice stated that I owed money for an incorrect 2013 tax return that was filed on my behalf. When I pressed him for more info..he became combative and advised me that I was being tracked. He stated that they were going to freeze my accounts. Totally freaked me out that he had my cellphone, workphone, and address. But didn't have any other info. It was scary but realized that this wasn't legit. He gave the names Mike Taylor (supervisor) and another name that I can't remember.
