CID shows Not Available. It could very well be portfoolio with another new number but since I didn't recognize the number and I NEVER answer a call with an ID like that, I don't know for sure.
Illegal immigrants trying to fraud us citizens and they are using prepaid cell phone numbers. upgrade your phones and block them or shoot them what ever you prefer. You can locate the number by tracing it for .60 cents.
I been getting phone calls from Portfolio for 12 to 13 the years.I an in Michigan. I get calls from 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m 6 days a week. I do not know how to stop them. I am 83 years old. How do they get away with doing this.
Portfolio Recovery. Left no message (robo call?). I have no debt except an AMEX card (paid off monthly). From what I read they are not to be contacted because it doesn't work because they don't correct their records and don't believe when you say they have a wrong number. Blocked them.
PortfolioRecov call every day multiple times per day from 9 - 9 p.m. and it is driving me crazy. I have tried answer, not answering and leave the fax line plugged in and nothing helps. They continue to call and call. I am on the Do not Call list, have reported it to Comcast, but nothing helps. Hesitate to change my number as they will just find me on that number.
