This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call list in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They further violate the TCPA by failing to have an operator on the line when the call is answered, playing a recorded message without an operator on the line to stop the playback, any by refusing to provide a phone number or address when asked. Their scam is the same tired last notification of your opportunity to lower your interest rates and credit card payments. This is clearly a scam just based on the number of violations of the TCPA. Do not provide this scammer any information.
The Gov, phone companies, and Google can read your email an listen to your phone calls. But they can't stop Rachel. WTF???? How many years has Card Services been doing it? Again, WTF????
This isn't the original "Rachel" who was busted and shut down. You have several other outfits out there still moving constantly with spoofed numbers. You can find out what is going on by going to the FTC's web site and reading.
Today at 12:00 (Sigh). I simply can't understand why an outfit this egregious cannot be located, shut down and the participants appropriately punished. Public flogging comes to mind; televised if possible.
